We are passionate about regional food and seriously good coffee. In the Central West of NSW, we are surrounded by wonderfully innovative producers crafting fabulous regional gourmet deli goods. We have set out to be a regional providore from which these deli goods can be more widely available. Because of this, we have been busy collecting the best produce around to offer you our unique collection of gourmet deli goods from regional NSW. We have been inspired by the '100 mile diet' concept and most of our goods come from within 100 miles of Canowindra where we are based. Some of our products are not produced within this radius of Canowindra so we have had to look further afield.
The products we stock are made with the finest ingredients that have been lovingly crafted, often by the producers themselves. We have a preference for organic and sustainable produce, most of our goods fit this criteria.
